Mgr. Kamil Kolátor, a European patent and trade mark attorney established his patent, trade mark and industry law firm in 1992.
In 2007 a limited company RETROPATENT was established. It provides all services in industrial law and copyright area both in the Czech Republic and EU and in cooperation with foreign agencies in total of 84 countries in the world.
The fundament of the provided services is representation of clients at the Institute for Intellectual Property Office of the Czech Republic and abroad, provision of protection of intellectual property, especially trade marks, patents and industrial designs.
Further on, it essentially represents clients at administrative courts, at general courts in matters concerning enforcement of rights arising from industrial property, copyright protection and economic competition.
